PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE GROUPS! The emphasis here is on privacy & relaxation. We operate a quiet time policy from 10pm to ensure the enjoyment of all our guests.
If Booking a Family Cabin please note their is a loft bed with a high ladder style stairs. If unsure whether suitable for your childs age please contact us directly for details. .
A 50% deposit will be taken within a few days of your booking being made. Enjoy Free Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. Beyond 14 days the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.
Check-in & Check-out
Checkin is from 3pm and we can offer a fully contactless check-in and check-out as required. Self Checkout is available up until 10am on your morning of departure. We will email you the week of your arrival with full details including your room number. If arriving after dark or in cooler months let us know so we can have your heat or lights on as needed.
Damages / Noise
We do reserve the right to charge for damages as they arise but do not take a security deposit on arrival. Loud music or excessive behaviour that effects the experience of other guests will not be tolerated. We operate a Quiet Time Policy from 10pm until 8am (of course you still have 24 hour access to come and go from the site).
The Location
We have amazing views as we are in the middle of Killarney Racecourse and border Ross Golf Club. However, guests are not permitted on the horseracing track grass or golf course for safety and to maintain these areas. Our Green is an area at the rear of the family cabins where children can play (must be supervised at all times!). Within the grounds of the Racecourse you will find the Racecourse Cafe, Celtic Steps award winning Show, Nave Yoga Studio and Ross Golf Club. All these offer exclusive deals to our guests. You have immediate access from the Racecourse to the cycle paths / walkways for Ross Castle & Muckross House and Killarney Town is within walking distance.
